FOR WHAT PURPOSE DO WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
At MANA PHARMA S.L., we process the information provided by users, customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders for the following purposes:
• To respond to enquiries submitted through our contact form or by email.
• To provide contracted services and manage and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers, including the sending of administrative communications related to such services.
• To send communications regarding service offerings, events, and news related to our professional activities, where we are legally entitled to do so.
• To manage job vacancies and candidate recruitment processes. Résumés will only be accepted through official channels; therefore, CVs submitted through any other means will not be considered.
• To comply with our legal obligations.
HOW LONG DO WE RETAIN YOUR DATA?
Personal data will be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which they were collected and, where applicable, until the data subject requests their deletion.
Once the applicable retention period has expired, the data may be blocked and retained solely for the purpose of addressing potential liabilities arising from the processing activities, and only for the statutory limitation periods applicable to such liabilities. After these periods have elapsed, the personal data will be securely deleted.

WHAT IS THE LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING YOUR DATA?
