At MANA PHARMA we are aware of the new quality regulations that apply to countries inside and outside the EU. We understand how important it is for our partners and customers to comply with these quality standards, which is why we offer an advisory and support service, ensuring compliance with all the guidelines in force.
In addition, we have the expertise to develop, draft and advise on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and to implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). These are necessary to assess and accredit the quality of the work and services provided by pharmacies.
The development of these procedures must be carried out for each of the functions performed, highlighting:
Pharmacovigilance, continuous staff training, custody, conservation, storage of products and customer satisfaction, as well as the possibility of having access to customer complaints.
