MANA PHARMA and COVEX at CPHI Milan 2026
From 6 to 8 October, the MANA PHARMA Group, comprising MANA PHARMA and COVEX, took part in CPHI Milan 2026, one of the leading meeting points for the international pharmaceutical industry.
Three intense days that gave us the opportunity to reconnect with partners and clients from different markets, start new conversations and explore new opportunities for collaboration.
The figures reflect the intensity of this edition: nearly 350 meetings in three days, a team of 15 people, 4 nationalities and 8 meeting tables in almost continuous use.
But beyond the numbers, CPHI Milan 2026 was, above all, an opportunity to continue building relationships.
A meeting point for the global pharmaceutical industry
For more than three decades, CPHI has brought together companies from across the pharmaceutical value chain, from manufacturers of APIs and finished dosage forms to companies specialising in contract services, technology, bioproduction, machinery and packaging.
The Milan edition, once again held at Fiera Milano, as in 2024, was presented by the organisers as the largest CPHI Milan edition to date, with an expected 62,000 professionals, more than 2,900 exhibiting companies, over 250 experts and 130 content sessions.
This scale is especially relevant for companies like ours, whose activities are highly international and where market knowledge, trust and long-term relationships are fundamental.
That is precisely what CPHI offers: the opportunity to bring together, over three days, conversations with professionals from numerous countries and from different areas of the pharmaceutical value chain.
Nearly 350 meetings in three days
Our agenda during CPHI Milan was particularly intense.
Over the three days, we held nearly 350 meetings with partners, clients and new international contacts. Eight meeting tables allowed us to hold simultaneous discussions about products, projects, markets and new opportunities for collaboration.
Behind these figures was a team of 15 professionals from MANA PHARMA and COVEX, representing four nationalities, working together to make the most of every meeting and every opportunity offered by an event of this scale.
It was also a strong reflection of the way we understand the pharmaceutical business: combining technical expertise, commercial experience, an international outlook and, above all, close relationships with the people and companies we work with.

An increasingly global and complex industry
The 2026 edition also highlighted some of the main challenges currently facing the industry.
This year, CPHI placed particular emphasis on areas such as AI & Tech, Cold Chain & Logistics, Contamination Control and Labelling, while also incorporating a Sustainability Summit focused on the progress of sustainability across the sector.
At the same time, issues such as supply chain resilience, geographical diversification, the international regulatory environment and the need to establish strong relationships with manufacturers and partners are becoming increasingly important across the global pharmaceutical industry.
These challenges are especially relevant for MANA PHARMA and COVEX.
Our international activity means working across very different markets, each with its own regulatory, commercial and logistical characteristics. For this reason, maintaining a strong international network and understanding first-hand what is happening in each region are essential parts of our work.
MANA PHARMA and COVEX: a shared vision
CPHI Milan was also another opportunity to jointly present the capabilities of MANA PHARMA and COVEX to the international pharmaceutical community.
COVEX’s almost 50 years of experience in the manufacturing of APIs and medicines complement MANA PHARMA’s 11 years of experience in the global distribution of medicines and medical devices.
This is why events such as CPHI are especially valuable to us: they allow us to present a comprehensive, end-to-end offering, including CDMO and CMO services, while supporting access to some of the world’s most complex markets.
CPHI ends. The conversations continue.
After three days, hundreds of meetings and many new connections, our work does not end when the exhibition doors close.
Now come the video calls, emails, phone calls, follow-up meetings and the work of our teams to turn every relevant conversation into an opportunity and, whenever possible, every opportunity into a project.
Because a trade fair can generate the first contact, but it is follow-up, trust and collaboration that build long-term business relationships.
We return from CPHI Milan 2026 with new opportunities, stronger relationships and many conversations to continue developing.
And above all, with the same objective we had when we arrived in Milan: to keep connecting companies, markets and opportunities, contributing to the development of new pharmaceutical projects around the world.
Thank you to everyone who met with us during these three days and, especially, to the entire MANA PHARMA and COVEX team who made this edition possible.
We keep moving forward.
