One of the most important moments in the reception process is the visual inspection of the receiving products. Moreover, during the inspection, we meticulously document the condition of the products upon arrival through detailed photography records.
This record not only includes possible damages or issues in the packaging, but also the most relevant data to ensure and substantiate proper traceability, such as the batch number, expiration date, origin of the products, etc.
In addition to having a team trained in Good Distribution Practices (GDPs), the entire warehouse staff receive periodic training in Pharmacovigilance. This training not only provides us with the necessary technical skills, but also reinforces our commitment to identify and block any product that presents any doubt about its condition.
This approach is essential in our business area, where the safety and quality of pharmaceutical products are a must. We are dedicated to maintaining the highest standards at every step of the logistics process, aiming to ensure the satisfaction and safety of our customers.
